Previously I think that nutrition had held me back through lack of protein but I truly believe I am able to continue both weight loss and maintain a healthy lifestyle going forward. I thoroughly enjoyed the challenge you set out, I’d previously been quite focused on doing weight-training and was often too lazy to do much cardio and when I did it was hardly taxing so this gave me a new impetuous to really get on with it as there is no way you wanted to shirk it and then have to admit it to the group! I found giving feedback to the Facebook group extremely helpful as this was the part that kept me disciplined rather than just thinking about getting an extra hour in bed (if it was a morning session) or heading straight home after work because I couldn’t be bothered. The initial weight came off quickly in the first 10 days or so and there was some kind of body re-composition going on with the weight training.
